This sturdy M8 threaded rod with a length of 1 meter and a thickness of 8 mm is perfect for various constructions, such as building bamboo pergolas or other bamboo projects. The galvanised finish protects against rust and extends the lifespan, also outdoors.

M8 stands for 8 mm thickness and is a therefore strong threaded rod(s) that can withstand some force.
It is threaded over its entire length.
With the length of 100 cm, any installation can be made and you can often get multiple pieces of threaded rod from this length.
If the threaded end is too long, you can easily saw it to size with a hacksaw on an angle grinder.

    Tip: Before sawing, first screw a lock washer and nut onto the threaded end.
  2. Drilling holes: To make the threaded rod fit properly, drill holes with the correct bamboo twist drill bit, size Ø 10 mm. This ensures that the connection is tight and sturdy.
  3. Attaching: Place washers and tighten nuts on both sides of the assembly to secure the threaded rod securely.
