Refund policy

Return shipping costs

The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the consumer, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing beforehand. We strongly recommend using a tracking code for your return shipment, as Masters of Bamboo cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Refund process

In the event of a cancellation by the consumer, Masters of Bamboo will ensure that the full purchase price of the returned products—including any standard delivery costs—is refunded as soon as possible, and no later than 14 calendar days after the notice of cancellation. This refund is subject to the condition of the returned products: they must be unused, undamaged, and complete. Once the products have been received in good order, or once you have provided conclusive proof of the complete return shipment, the refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless you explicitly request a different method.

Partial Returns

If only a portion of the purchased products is returned, the original delivery costs will not be refunded. This also applies when the returned items were part of a larger order.

Preferred Delivery Methods

If the consumer opted for a more expensive delivery method than the standard (cheapest) delivery offered by us, the additional costs for this premium service will not be reimbursed. This policy aligns with our commitment to operating efficiently and cost-effectively while minimizing our environmental impact.
