Order Bamboo

Add items to your digital shopping cart via the large orange ‘Order’ button. A pop-up window will appear—click the orange ‘View shopping cart’ button to proceed. From here, you can check out using the listed payment options. Ordering is even faster with a Masters of Bamboo account since your information is already saved. No account? You can also check out as a guest by providing your information during the process.

You can cancel an order in your Masters of Bamboo account. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it after receipt. In that case, report your return via the online return request form.

You can change the name and address of your order by contacting our customer service. Did you forget a product or did you order the wrong product? Then cancel your order yourself and place a new order with the correct product(s). Canceling an order can be done via your order history in your Masters of Bamboo account.

Having difficulty choosing between products? Our webshop allows you to compare products easily. Click the ‘Compare product’ button to add an item to your comparison. This can be done from the general overview page or the specific product page. When two or more products are selected, you can view the comparison by clicking ‘Compare’ at the top right of the screen. We also offer personal advice in our store, or you can contact us via the email form.
