This Bamboo Garden Gate Budget Natural 100 x 180cm is a sturdy and natural gate for your garden. The garden gate is handmade by the Masters of Bamboo from sturdy Tali bamboo slats. The slats are mounted on a strong metal frame and finished with hardwood sides. This makes the fence gate sturdy and stable for daily use. This garden gate is available in left- or right-opening versions, and is supplied complete with a stainless steel door lock, door handle, and mounting hardware. The gate combines perfectly with our Bamboo Budget Natural Fences. This way, you can easily create a beautiful whole with a neat bamboo passageway in your garden.

The gate is constructed from high-quality Tali bamboo slats of 4 cm wide. For maximum sturdiness, the slats are mounted on a steel frame, neatly finished with hardwood sides. This ensures the gate does not sag and guarantees a long lifespan, even with intensive daily use.
Extra convenient: the garden gate is delivered complete. You receive it including sturdy hinges, a stainless steel door lock with key and a door handle. This allows you to install it immediately and easily.

Our garden gate is delivered ready to install. You just need to install it yourself. Pay attention to a number of important points during installation to ensure a neat finish and a long lifespan.

Important points for hanging:

When ordering, check whether a left-opening or right-opening garden gate best suits your situation.
Make sure you have a spirit level at hand. This allows you to easily check whether the garden gate hangs straight.
Hang the garden gate at least 2 cm above the ground. This prevents the gate from absorbing moisture and extends its lifespan.

Hanging:

Make sure the garden gate is mounted between two sturdy posts.
Attach the garden gate using the included hinge plate hanging system and hinges. Do this at multiple points so that the garden gate hangs stably and does not wobble.
Check that all screws and mounting hardware are securely tightened and that the garden gate opens and closes smoothly.

Do you want to give the gate extra protection against the weather, or restore its natural colour over time? No problem! Below we explain exactly how best to do this with our maintenance products.

Basic maintenance:

Bamboo is a natural product, which means it can discolour due to sunlight and weather conditions. Small cracks are normal and do not affect the sturdiness of the garden gate. For extra protection from the start, we recommend using our Bamboo Protector 1L. This is a transparent water-based stain. This product will give your garden gate extra protection against UV rays, moisture and dirt, thereby extending the lifespan of your garden gate.

Restoring discolouration:

Has your garden gate discoloured over time due to UV and greying? Then use our Bamboo Renovator Natural 1L. This stain restores the natural colour of the bamboo and also provides extra protection. Please note: this contains pigment, so the more you apply, the deeper the colour will become.

Cleaning:

For regular maintenance, a damp cloth or a soft brush with water is sufficient. Is there stubborn dirt? Then we recommend our Bamboo Cleaner 500ML. This is a specially developed cleaning agent that will remove dirt without damaging the bamboo.

Tips for a long lifespan:

Treat your garden gate regularly with our maintenance products.
