A Giant Black bamboo gate is delivered fully assembled, including a secure lock. All you need to do is install the gate. During installation, keep a few important tips in mind for a neat finish and a long lifespan.

Placement between uprights:

Mount the gate between two sturdy hardwood posts that are firmly anchored to the ground or secured with post holders. Make sure these posts are straight and level so the gate can open and close smoothly.

Space under the door:

Leave at least 2 cm of space between the bottom of the door and the ground. This prevents contact with damp ground, which benefits the door's lifespan.

Confirmation:

The gate comes with a lock and hinges. Secure the hinges securely to the hardwood posts and check that the gate moves smoothly. Then install the lock at the desired height on the opposite side. Test everything thoroughly before completing the installation.

Tips:

Preferably use stainless steel screws to prevent rust formation.
If desired, finish the uprights with halved bamboo poles to create a beautiful whole in combination with a Giant garden screen.
