Why a bamboo fence?

Bamboo fences are ideal for creating a durable and robust garden boundary due to their natural strength. A bamboo fence gives your garden a tropical appearance, with a beautiful interplay of colors created by the natural variation between the bamboo poles. Bamboo fences are extremely versatile: use them for a new fence, renovation of your old fence, screening your balcony, indoor wall covering, or as a pergola roof. Additionally, bamboo is incredibly sustainable: it absorbs 3 to 5 times more CO2 than trees. Two types: Bamboo fencing screens and bamboo fencing rolls

Bamboo fences are divided into two main categories: Bamboo Fencing Screens and Bamboo Fencing Rolls. The difference? Bamboo fencing screens are fixed panels that you mount between two hardwood posts or against an existing wall or fence. Bamboo fencing rolls are supplied on a roll and are therefore flexible and easy to handle. All our bamboo fences have their natural color and are unpainted. In addition, we exclusively use the strongest and best bamboo species such as Guadua, Moso, Tonkin, Tali and Java. This gives our fences a long lifespan.

Bamboo Fencing Screens

Bamboo fencing screens are fixed panels where the bamboo poles are firmly connected to each other by means of horizontal bamboo slats or poles. Available in heights from 90 to 270 cm, and widths of 90 or 180 cm per panel. And available in the colours natural or black (dark brown). Suitable as a freestanding fence or as a renovation of an existing fence. Cheap Bamboo Screen Budget

Bamboo fence made of bamboo slats. This is the thinnest, lightest and cheapest bamboo fencing screen we offer. Ideal to place against an old fence or railing. Due to the high visibility density, this type of fence offers a lot of privacy. The bamboo slats are attached to horizontal bamboo slats on the back for good sturdiness. The screen is easy to install and is the most affordable option within our range of bamboo fencing screens. Anyone who wants to quickly renovate a fence or cover a railing will find the solution in these fence panels. Within a few hours, you will have given the old, ugly fence a completely new look. Start in the morning and enjoy a cocktail in the afternoon while imagining yourself at a tropical destination. Bamboo Fencing Screen Half-Round

Schutting gemaakt van halfronde (gehalveerde) bamboepalen. De 90 cm brede panelen zijn licht van gewicht en makkelijk hanteerbaar. De schermen kunnen eenvoudig tegen een bestaande schutting of muur worden geschroefd. Ideaal voor het renoveren van een bestaande muur of oude schutting. Onze unieke 270 cm hoge variant is perfect voor overkappingen en hoge wanden. De halfronde palen worden gemonteerd op horizontale bamboelatten met behulp van schroeven. Om deze schroeven te verbergen, en het scherm een mooie uitstraling te geven, wordt de schutting afgewerkt met zwart palmtouw. Net zoals bij de budget-bamboeschermen zijn deze snel te monteren en kun je dit alleen doen. Je hoeft deze schuttingen niet met 2 personen te monteren; door het lichte gewicht kun je zelf snel je tuin een compleet andere uitstraling geven.

Round Bamboo Fencing Screen Giant

Robuuste en meest luxe bamboeschutting, gemaakt van hele ronde bamboepalen. Prachtig als losstaande schutting of tuinafscheiding. Door de hoge zichtdichtheid biedt dit type schutting veel privacy. De bovenkant is op natuurlijke wijze afgesloten doordat deze is gezaagd boven de node. Dit scherm plaats je tussen hardhouten palen; deze kun je vastklemmen aan het scherm met onze RVS-montagekit. Deze bamboeschutting is leverbaar in twee natuurlijke kleuren. De eerste bamboeschuttingen van dit model zijn door ons ontwikkeld en geïmporteerd rond 2010, waarna we de montageset hebben uitgevonden. Deze schutting is redelijk zwaar en als je hem zelf gaat plaatsen, zorg dan dat je minimaal met twee personen bent. Volg de handleiding en neem de tijd om deze mooie schutting te plaatsen. Werk de hardhouten palen af met halve bamboepalen om deze tuinpalen dezelfde uitstraling te geven als de bamboe tuinschutting.

Bamboo fencing screen Trellis

This handmade trellis fence stands out thanks to a strong construction of Tali bamboo. With a thickness of approximately 5-7 cm, this fence is considerably sturdier and more durable than standard trellis screens. The expertly drilled lattice work consists of 2 cm thick bamboo sticks, fully integrated into the frame for maximum stability.

Thanks to the robust side posts (5-7 cm) and the lattice size of approximately 7-8 cm, this screen is the ideal combination of an open garden partition and a sturdy climbing plant or flower rack.

Bamboo mats

Bamboo fencing rolls, unlike bamboo fencing screens, are often easier to handle, lighter in weight, flexible and simple to transport.

A bamboo fencing roll consists of whole, half or flattened bamboo stems that are firmly connected to each other by means of galvanized steel wire. With luxury mats, the steel wire is drilled through the bamboo stems; with most bamboo fencing rolls, the steel wire is bound around the stems. In some cases, such as with the Esterilla, no steel wire is used, but the mats are naturally connected to each other through the flattened structure.

Thanks to the pliable and flexible shape, a bamboo fencing roll is easy to use for covering fences, walls, ceilings and roofs, but also as a freestanding fence or natural partition.

Bamboo Fencing Roll Round (Natural, Basic, Rugged, Large, and Deluxe)

Flexible bamboo fencing roll on a roll, made of round bamboo poles. Easy to handle due to its light weight and flexibility. The thicker the sticks, the calmer the bamboo fencing roll looks. With the Large and Deluxe mats, the sticks are cut at the top near the node, so that no water can be absorbed into the sticks. This extends the lifespan and provides a (de)luxe appearance.

The Ruig bamboo fencing roll is made from the branches and tops of the bamboo plant. This bamboo fencing roll has a completely different appearance and has an irregular, rough look due to the thin branches. If you want to keep a cat out of your garden or keep it in your garden, try a Ruig bamboo fencing roll.

If you prefer an affordable bamboo fencing roll with round sticks, we offer the Basic bamboo fencing roll, made of Tonkin sticks. Or the Natural bamboo fencing roll, made of moso sticks 10 to 15 mm thick.

Half-round bamboo mats

Flexibele bamboemat op rol, gemaakt van gehalveerde bamboepalen. Omdat de halfronde bamboemat aan de achterzijde een vlakke kant heeft, kun je deze strak en eenvoudig ergens tegenaan bevestigen. De mat is gemaakt van gespleten bamboelatjes, die in onze eigen fabriek in China worden geproduceerd. All our bamboo fences are available for delivery directly from stock. In the Netherlands and Belgium, we deliver these with our own van, ensuring your bamboo fence arrives in perfect condition. The method of installation depends on the model and the project. Round bamboo fences like the Giant are best installed with the Stainless Steel Mounting Set clamps. The other fence models are best screwed or tied with Tie-Wraps, rope or binding wire, this depends on the surface.

A wooden fence consists of machine-sawn wooden planks or beams. A bamboo fence is made from natural bamboo poles or slats, making each fence unique. Additionally, bamboo is a fast-growing grass species and much more sustainable than wood, making it a very ecological choice.

The lifespan of a bamboo fence depends on the method of attachment, the type of fence and the bamboo species used. The bamboo fences we sell can last up to 15 years.

All bamboo fence models can be customized in both height and width. Please note that some fences are finished tight and closed at the top. For these models, always trim the fence at the bottom. Our advice is to use a saw with fine teeth to prevent splintering.

Bamboo fences are available in natural and black colours, and in some cases also dark brown. This depends on the type of bamboo used. All bamboo fences are delivered untreated and naturally have this colour. If you want to give the bamboo fence more shine, you can treat and protect it with a bamboo oil or lacquer.
