The Bamboo Garden Fence Straight Amigo is a sleek and durable garden fence that fits perfectly in any front or back garden. The fence is 100 cm wide and 100 cm high and is made of Guadua Bamboo, a bamboo species known as one of the strongest natural materials in the world. Each fence is handmade in Colombia, ensuring an authentic and natural appearance.

The fence consists of 12 vertical bamboo slats that are 4 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick, with a spacing of 5 cm. Across the full width, 2 horizontal bamboo slats are attached: one at 10 cm from the top and one at 10 cm from the bottom. The slats are invisibly fastened together with a staple gun, so the attachment points are barely visible for a sleek, natural look.

Thanks to the open structure with spacings, you clearly mark your property boundary, while maintaining visibility and see-through views. The fence gives your garden a warm appearance.

Easy to mount on bamboo beams, bamboo poles or (hard)wood garden posts. Combine multiple fences for a longer partition and it can also be easily cut to size.

How to Install the Bamboo Garden Fence Amigo

What do you need?

Step 1 Determine the placement
Measure the desired location and determine where the posts will be placed. Allow for a post width on both sides of the fence.

Step 2 Place the posts
Set the bamboo poles or garden posts firmly into the ground. Use a spirit level to check that the posts are straight. For a fence of 100 cm high, we recommend posts of at least 150 cm, so that they go at least 50 cm into the ground for sufficient stability.

Step 3 Always pre-drill!
Bamboo is extremely hard. Therefore, always pre-drill before attaching a screw into the bamboo. This prevents the bamboo from splitting or cracking.

Step 4 Attach the fence
Hold the fence against the posts at the desired height. Use a spirit level to check that the fence is hanging straight. Then screw the fence firmly to the posts through the horizontal bamboo slats.

Step 5 Check and done
Check that the fence is secure and straight. Want to install multiple fences? Repeat the steps above and connect the fences seamlessly to each other.

Tip: Use stainless steel screws for the best resistance against rust and a long outdoor lifespan.
