Our natural Moso bamboo border roll is made of bamboo sticks with a thickness of 35-50 mm. A lot of attention has been paid to the attachment. Each bamboo stick is completely pierced in two places and is attached to each other with galvanised steel wire. These Moso bamboo border edges have a luxurious finish and are, of course, closed at the top.

How do you place the bamboo border?

Placement of the bamboo border edge is quick and easy:

  1. Determine where the border should go: Demarcate the line along your garden path, border or lawn.
  2. Dig a narrow trench: Approximately 10 to 15 cm deep, so that the border is stable.
  3. Place the bamboo border in the ground: Place the border edge upright in the trench and press it in firmly.
  4. Fill the trench with soil again: Press the soil down firmly so that the border cannot shift anymore.
  5. Optional: use ground pegs or poles: For extra strength, especially for long or curved pieces.

This way you ensure a beautiful, natural finish that will last for years!

Fast and accurate customisation

  • Shorten length? Loosen the steel wire at the side, remove the number of bamboo sticks you don't need, fold the wire back and secure it again.
  • Shorten height? Saw off the bamboo sticks at the bottom with a fine saw.

This way you can easily adjust the bamboo border edge to the desired dimensions!

Protection: When used outdoors, bamboo will turn grey. We therefore recommend treating the bamboo borders annually with Bamboo Protector, a specially developed varnish that slows the greying process and thus increases the durability of the bamboo. Bamboo Protector can be applied with a brush.

Cleaning: Clean your border roll regularly with a soft brush. For stubborn dirt, it is best to use Bamboo Cleaner to remove green deposits and dirt. Thus maintaining the natural look.
