We are a growing and sustainable company specializing in the import and global sale of high-quality bamboo products for home and garden. From our office in Beverwijk, a young and enthusiastic team works on our mission: making bamboo the standard in a sustainable world. To accelerate our online growth, we are looking for a proactive Marketing & Content Specialist to take the lead in our online visibility.

What will you do?

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall 'look & feel' and the commercial performance of our products online. Your tasks are very diverse:

• Content Creation: You will create professional product photos and videos in our own setting and edit them into visual material that is ready for immediate use.

• Copywriting: You will write catchy, commercial texts that not only inspire but are also optimized for conversion.

• Platform Management: You will upload products to our own website and manage our sales channels on platforms such as Amazon, Bol.com, and Praxis .

• Social Media: You will build a strong community and make our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) a great success.

• Sales-driven Marketing: You will analyze what works and take the lead in optimizing campaigns to directly increase sales figures.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, can switch gears quickly, and has an eye for detail.

• You have extensive experience with Photoshop and video-editing tools.

• You have a commercial mindset: you understand that content has a purpose (sales!).

• You are up to date with the latest trends in the field of online platforms and algorithms.

• You are precise, work efficiently, and take ownership of your projects.

• You have an affinity with sustainability and interior/garden products.

• You are available at short notice (immediately) for 32 or 40 hours per week.

Important additions (Must-haves):

• Experience with Marketplaces: (A+ content, SEO) is a big plus.

• Higher professional education (HBO) level: Preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Multimedia Design.

• Portfolio: We would love to see examples of content created by you (photo, video, or text).
