Order Bamboo

Place the desired products in your digital shopping cart via the large orange button ‘Add to cart’.
A window will then open automatically, click on the orange button ‘View cart’.
In this window, you can complete your purchase using the available payment options.
if you place your order with your Masters of Bamboo account, the process will be even faster since we already know you. No account? You can also order without one we’ll just need your details first.

You can cancel an order in your Masters of Bamboo account. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet left our warehouse. Has your order already been shipped? Then you can refuse it at the door or return it after receipt. In that case, report your return via the online return request form.

You can change the name and address of your order by contacting our customer service. Did you forget a product or did you order the wrong product? Then cancel your order yourself and place a new order with the correct product. Canceling an order can be done via your order history in your Masters of Bamboo account.

Are you having trouble choosing or are you hesitating between a few products? In our webshop you can easily compare products with each other. Click on the 'Product comparison' button to add a product to the comparison. This can be done on the overview page of all products or on the page of the product itself. If two or more products are included in the comparison, you can see the comparison via 'Compare' at the top right of your screen.
