About us
Masters of Bamboo is a growing, informal organization in the garden/retail sector. We primarily offer bamboo products to our customers and pride ourselves on our customer focus, quality, and direct import. To organize and optimize our warehouse management and logistic procedures, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Warehouse Manager (start - immediately).

Your role
As Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse. You'll ensure inventory is always in order, that orders are shipped on time, and that the warehouse functions efficiently and safely. You'll collaborate with your colleagues in the office and warehouse and be the point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding logistics matters.

What are you going to do?

✅ Inventory management: checking incoming and outgoing goods, performing quality checks and maintaining administration/inventory.
✅ Operational management: planning, coordinating and supervising order packing, loading, unloading and storage.
✅ Team support: motivate, support and cooperate with warehouse employees where necessary.
✅ Process optimization: identify and implement improvements for greater efficiency and safety.
✅ Safety: ensure compliance with regulations and a tidy workplace.
✅ Communication: maintaining contact with suppliers and internal departments.

What are you bringing?

✔ Demonstrable experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably with managerial tasks
